What it is
Flotilla is the bridge of the fleet. As the number of self-hosted apps grew, the cost was no longer building them, it was remembering they exist and knowing which ones are up.
The Problem
A dozen apps across five machines means a dozen URLs, a dozen ports, and no single answer to is everything healthy.
The Solution
One dashboard that lists every tailnet app, probes each one's health, and links straight through. Green means reachable, and a dead service is visible before someone trips over it.
The Effect
The homelab stops being a pile of independent services and starts reading as one system with one front door.
